Can you increase FOC by adding a screw in brass insert. Don't think that the washer type weights will get me what I need to fall into the 12 -19%. I've already got a dozen carbons with aluminum inserts, that I don't want to waste. It seems to me that I've seen these advertised before I understood FOC concept.
