Newguy,

Call the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks (601-432-2400) and ask to speak to someone in the Licensing Department and they can give you the full scoop on out-of-state licensing requirements and regulations regarding hunting hogs with crossbows.

Nuisance permit application. Not sure about the out of state regs though.

Boo just hauled 2 whole hogs back w/ him from Ar.  He told me it was either that or 45 lbs of packaged meat per person.  He cut one in half and stuffed it in a 100 qt cooler, the other got wrapped in a few tarps and iced down.  Both still had head and hide on them.
Move along now, nothing to see here

EWE! You may want to call Canada's customs before hauling any wild pork to the border. Processed may be the answer. I know here, we can't even get hams processed due to it being wild pork, and not having a USDA stamp of inspection, unless it's a full blown butcher shop with an inspector on hand. Better to be safe than sorry.

If it's some of these big boars in N. Ms the Custom Agent will smell him coming when you leave with it. Them things stank bad..............good luck killing and getting it across the border. I've brought them across state lines but never international.

That's the way i've read it, If i can bring back 45 lbs/ person there is 4 of us so that should cover it.  first things first though...
