A Letter of Intent has been written that, if stands, will make crossbows legal equipment during archery season on WMA's in Ms unless specified otherwise!

Can you share more information regarding this Letter of Intent, e.g. Who or what agency wrote it, Who has to approve it, What is its current status...?
