The Michigan Crossbow Federation is a non-profit organization that is working on several levels to

• Educate hunters on the use and safety of crossbows,
• Open more clubs and ranges for recreational shooting along with vertical bows, and
• Provide opportunities for disabled hunters and underprivileged youth.

We need members, sponsors and people willing to work with other sportsman’s groups to benefit all.

In the near future we will be having raffles and are planning a fund-raising event on February 19th to raise money for these endeavors.

Good luck Laura with your organization.In West Virginia I was one of the first to shoot a crossbow and the first to break ground at the IBO shoots.I took all the sly remarks with a smile and answered it with have a great day.The next time I saw that person I stated It's a great day to be shooting.Now those same people look me up at the tournaments and we have a great friendship now.I found it is easier to be kind and respectful than it is to argue.This is how I have survived the hatred of my sport since 1993.If I can help please let me know Kenny.
