Hello,

I am newb to the Crossbow but have hunted with a vertical bow since 1949.

Medical problems require me to use a crossbow for awhile (at my age it will probably be until I give up hunting, just can't get the muscles working enough for the vertical bow).

I have bought two ground blinds because I don't feel safe in my ladder blinds this season due to my medical problems.

I am shooting a Parker Cyclone, CX bolts, and Slick Trick Magnums.

Not very good at this intro stuff.

Welcome to the Nation.  There's lots of good folks here.  Come on in, relax and join in the discussions.  You did fine on the intro, and with all those years hunting I bet you've got some good stories to tell.  And I for one am waiting to hear them.

I shoot the Cyclone too.  I got it last year and took a couple deer with it.  Working on some more now.  Welcome aboard.  :)

I'm doing okay although this body I am in isn't doing so hot. But the Lord is giving me a new one, so why worry about it?
