We only recommend flat nocks - our tolerances are so tight that we don't need moon nocks. Too many bad things can happen with our bows using the moon or capture nocks - the string can go under the nock resulting in a partial dry-fire, the string can be cut (especially with a capture nock), and moon nocks can shift in the shaft causing a problem. The flat nocks normally hold tighter groups (especially with broadheads).

I use the Ultraflex firearm sling from Slogan Outdoors. It runs about $35 - $40 at outdoor shows or you can order it straight from the company. I used it when I went on my elk hunt and it madde things a whole lot better since I could go hands-free - very versatile. I was also carrying a daypack the entire time. If you are using a larger pack, I'd recommend the Magnum version - it's wider and can be adjusted up to ten inches longer than the version I use.
