Prayer for SPECIALIZED

Ok folks, SPECIALIZED needs our prayers.  A couple of days ago he passed out twice.  Went to the hospital and they checked him out, did an MRI and found a tumor in his heart.  Cardiac cath showed his arteries were clear so now he's waiting for open heart surgery to remove the tumor from his heart.  Please pray for him and his family.  I know this has got to be hard on his wife.  So lift her up also.  Thanks folks.

Found out that my wife and I are now Great-Grandparents.  Our granddaughter, who is in the Marine Corps, delivered a 7 pound 1 ounce, 19 inch long great grand daughter April 13th at 2:41p.m. Eastern time.  Her name is Addison Rose and she's a cutie.

I just got an email from RANGER timestamped about 2 p.m. March 30th.  Stating that his cancer doctor told him to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM.  He said he'd let us know more later.  If I hear anything I'll let ya'll know.  Be praying for him.

Last Turkey for Me This Season

Well I took my last turkey for this hunting season this morning just before 9 a.m. when an arrow fired from my Ten Point GT Flex passed through it from neck to belly, Easton XX75 2219 with a NAP Spitfire on the end.  It flopped over and that was the that, it doesn't get much better than that.  No more turkey tags so I'll have to sit out spring turkey season, guess I'll go hunt pigs instead.

Well it's happened again.  I found out yesterday that another good friend of mine died in his sleep sometime Friday night/Saturday morning.  They didn't find him until Saturday evening.  Services are the 21st.  Now I also know that he is a Christian and I'll see him again some day - but I sure will miss him.  But he got his Christmas present early and is now with our Lord in Heaven.  I have something to look forward to (and no I'm not in a hurry to join him) but apparently God's not ready for me yet.  Probably gotta make another Battallion of Angels cause between me and my friend we've worn out a battallion or two of them already.  Rest in Peace Phil.
