I am going to get to try again this year after my pinball machine tipped last season.. our opener is this weekend.. I am not walking real far and spotted the finest buck I have seen in the basin in many years... nine or ten pointer if he escapes the morning rush of handicapped hunters with rifles, squirrel hunters with shotguns, and a sprinkle of bow hunters, I will wait where he was last sunday about an hour before dark...the ground blind my stool and my excal with my heavy fixed blade tips will be there, waiting..
It would be my first crossbow deer kill should it happen..
