About Me

born and raised in the hills of kentucky and being an avid hunter since i was 16 when my ole' grandpa handed me the 20 ga. bolt action shotgun and told me it was time to learn how to hunt and pointed me in the direction of the hickory trees .. 3 squirrels and 10 empty hulls later i headed home ..my reply to grandpa.....them things are really fast but i had a ball..i was hooked.. now i'm mentoring my grandson (nicholas )who's 11 but i won't hand him a gun to go hisself till i know h's ready

hunting,,,whether it be deer,turkey,rabbits,squirrels,ect ,, and i like my trips to the shooting range to burn some powder too..i do some crappie fishing if feb.when all hunting seasons close so i tie my own flies and jigs and in may i like fishing the bluegill beds and then turkey season kicks in and it all starts back over :)
