What?! This is a new sight, I couldn't tell. It looks pretty awsome to me. Just a thought on the decal idea... what if you started an auction on donated items and had all of the proceeds go to the decal fund. This would get you your start up capitol and then I guess you could sell them for a small fee.

Shirts and hats will be first with decals to follow shortly after.
Thanks, Jeff

If you have not already done so,check out our ongoing auction in the market place.

thanks for the welcome,I'm looking at buying my first crossbow this week, trying to find the lightest crossbow see how I've only got the use of one arm now due to a stroke. I need a crossbow with a crank to pull it back, and I'm planning to try using a bi pod for a rest.Any ideals which crossbow I should start my search with??:)

I would say a recurve bow will be the lightest but the hardest to cock. If you are using a crank style cocking aid, it shouldn't be an issue.

There are many good recurves available. You can't go wrong with an Excalibur, but Middleton and TenPoint are making some darn good ones too. Some have features that others do not have. If you could get one or two in your hands before purchasing, it would help. What one person likes or dislikes, may not hold true for the next person. There are a couple new companies coming out with recurve bows too.

I shot both and each has if purpose. All day hunt nice cool day with low to no wind its the recurve, for something more stable the compound. Also the stand's I hunt suits one better then the other. The type of hunt is also considered. Stalking I use the compound. It's quieter and narrower for shots out of the brush.

I am so glad I finally made it here this morning. Great new site UL. I like it too. You have done terrific work. It will , as you said, take some getting use to and learning all about the new whistles and gongs. Thank you for a great looking site.
