Just discovered why no animals were visiting a Trophy Rock on our hunting lease... fire ants had moved in under it for shelter from the Alabama rains. As soon as I got close the ants swarmed all over it. Wouldn't have wanted to lick it then even if I was a deer.

Never used the Trophy Rock...but have used the Antlermax block from Purina.....in the summer....they get absolutely hammered....

Just put out a Trophy Rock yesterday in front of my trail cam. Will let you know in a couple weeks if it is being used.
