Shipping Policy:

All shipping of products from in the continental united states of America will be free on all orders of $199 and higher. Order under $199 will just incur a flat rate of $12. Minimum order is $20. All international and over seas shipping will be assumed by the purchaser at time of transaction. Any incorrect items shipped by Crossbow Nation can be returned with full reimbursement of shipping costs to and from purchasers address.

Return Policy:

Any item purchase from Crossbow Nation may be returned in its original unopened packaging for a period of 60 days with a full refund or store credit. Any item that has not been used that was ordered over 60 days from invoice may be returned at a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs. Any item that has been opened or has been used may not be returned for any refund or store credit of any kind. Any incorrect item shipped to you by Crossbow Nation may be returned for a full refund or credit with shipping costs also reimbursed.

Damaged Goods Policy:

Any product damaged do to shipping must have a claim certificate and are to be resolved with the shipping carrier or agent. Any product received damaged from the manufacturer, or any product with a manufacturer defect, must be resolved with the manufacturers warranty department.

Privacy Policy:

Any information given to Crossbow Nation either by the purchaser or registered user will be used exclusively for Crossbow Nation to help complete transactions or for updating members lists and active accounts. We guarantee not to sell or trade your personal information to anyone.
