That would depend on the total arrow weight to me. I usually use a 300 to 325 grain arrow wearing a 100 grain head to bring total weight to 400 - 425 grains. Some arrows are 250 - 275 grains and on them I would use a 125 or 150 grain head.

Your BEEs should be about 425 gn if they are 20" with a 100 gn tip. That should be fine for total weight and work in your TP xbow. If you have any tail wagging with those arrows or POI consistency I would try a 125 gn tip to see if the added FOC settles that down. I use 125 tips and broadheads with some xbow/arrow combos and it helps with accuracy.

Good Luck!

I will always go with a little heavier then lighter. I use 125 grain broad heads all the time with a 325 grain arrow (450). You will have a little more kinetic energy. I know that speed won't be an issue. My pass through rate is almost 100% but I don't shoot over 40 yards and mostly 15-25yds. I really don't think you notice much difference but what I have that'll you'll need the most - confidence in you're set up! The real benefit though with 100 grn broad heads, availability. GOOD LUCK & HAVE FUN!!

I’m the same way, majority of my shots are 20-25yds max. I get 100% pass through with a 325-ish grain arrow and a 125 grain broad head. I used to shoot a 300fps Barnett Revolution and still 100% pass through. Now using the Barnett XP 400.
