I think they did a good job on this bow !!!
The cam design to lessen string angle is well thought out , , they went to the older system of limb mounting with the Nemesis limb rockers , which is good , if they fit snug and no up and down movement , basically a Nemesis with a one piece riser , new cams and they did a cross breed in the limb pockets and limb rockers .
Should be a dependable bow from what i see !!!
A bare Aculeus weighs 7.5lbs bare. Maybe the weight is misprinted???? Otherwise Ill take a Aculeus with those cams on a clearance sale.
I bet it does shoot sweet and, probably 450fps durable.
Another yawn. I can't see any logical reason to spend that kind of money when you can grab a Ravin or 10pt with a dramatically more fun and easy to use cocking system
Looks OK but I do not see any earth shattering improvements, and if that thing is 7.9lbs without a crank they are going backwords IMHO. And what happened to the Aerocrank? And is that built like the Nemsis with two piece riser?
Looks like the bow they should have built two years ago.. I’m sure it will be a good bow, but I’ll stick with my siege shooting in the 430s with a 400 grain and a silent crank that decocks. Complete package was less than the Scorpyd bare bow
It looks built solid.cams looks weird do. That crank needs to be ditched.imo not a dependable crank .had nothing but issues with it.
I hope this bow is solid/dependable.
Scorpyd needs this.Good luck
Now lets see some reviews👍
Solid is something I have been wanting to see. I have been through 7 bow manufacturers and I have yet to see bullet proof.
Vertical, Hoyt was bullet proof but nothing I have seen (new) in the last 3 years meets that expectation for me, that I have owned.
Does anyone else find it odd that neither their website nor Facebook page say anything introductory about this bow? There seems to be zero excitement coming outta the Scorpyd camp about their latest offering.
Upon second look there is one thing I see I do not like .
Along side of the barrel they machined in reassessed areas , weight savings ? looks ? IDK .
But they weekend the barrel because those areas are now thinner , when will they learn !!!!!
It might be ok it might not , there past track record of things being ok would be in question when things go south in that area !!!
