A little history of the parts I used .
Last fall I purchased a Death stalker 380 , i then swapped the barrel and riser to make a RDX Swat .
well I did not like the bow , nor did I hunt with it , so I tore it apart and put the parts in a drawer as extra parts for my Swat XP I then assembled all the good parts into a Night train riser scorpyd .
well since my favorite is my silver I decided I did not need 2 big bows ,LOL
So I tore it down and the parts sat on my bench most of the winter .

When I did Jeff's Toxin I fell in love with his cams , so I ordered a set to have .
well I decided yesterday to build me a smaller slower Scorpyd with Swat XP limbs , Toxin cams , Scorpyd stock and Aculeus trigger box . The riser and limb pockets I had made 1 year ago when I was doing some tinkering on a Swat .

So all I had to do was build a barrel , so yesterday Morn I did just that .
This bow sports a 11.25 cocked ATA , which is wider than my Night train Scorpid , I wanted to do that to lessen cable up pressure .
The bow is 28 inches long , has a Swat folding stirrup , weighs in at 8.46 lbs as is in the picks ,
shoots 367 FPS with a 414 Grain arrow (perfect ) just what I wanted for a shorter range bow .
It has a 16 inch power stroke
The trigger is supper light being it is a Aculeus trigger , with 65% let off cams makes it almost to light .
Probably the quietist bow I have ever shot and very little recoil . Also the easiest bow to cock .
I am pretty sure this bow will hunt next year !!!!
well here it is , no name yet , but I may call it Banjo !!

LOL , no I need a bow to convert into a Mini .
What is the best conversion bow? Of course it would HAVE to be reverse libs! Can you imagine the crap Cal would give me if the limbs were any other way??? LOL

Well, isn’t that sexy!!! I don’t feel so bad since my crossbow is about 10 ft./s slower and I’m having a heart attack about it since it had weaker limbs replaced at the factory under warranty a few weeks ago that slowed it down about 30 ft./s or more. I’m sure my crossbow will still blow through a deer as far as I’m willing to shoot it. I wouldn’t mind trying to twist my cables, but I would need to know how far my cams can move from where they are positioned now and how even I need to keep my cams. At slower speeds, I still almost bury my arrow enough to just about touch the vanes at about 10’ When I was testing through my crossbow in the crossbow rated target. When I was testing through my crossbow and a crossbow rated target. My slower Horton at 295 ft./s only penetrates about half of the crossbow target Vs my 358 fps stryker burring to the vanes. It’s amazing how much more power there is with an extra 60 ft./s. When it was another 30 ft./s faster, it doesn’t seem like there was much more penetration on the target. I would assume I’d almost need to get two targets back to back if I got something that was 450 ft./s plus!
