Another new guy from OK
Not new to archery or bow hunting, just new to crossbows. I've had a Hoyt UltraMag since 2004 and took a 159" buck with it, but stopped hunting with it due to time constraints.
I wanted to get back into bowhunting, and since crossbows are now legal hunting tackle in OK, I thought this would be a great way to start bowhunting again. It was also a Christmas present to myself.
I picked up a Barnett TS370, partially due to the comments here, and partially due to cost. Same for the Bloodsport 20" Hunter bolts. I'm planning on using 100gr NAP Spitfire MAXX broadheads. I have not done the shim mod to the riser yet, as I want to see how it shoots without it first.
