Any issue with the bolt quality? From the ripper415

I just purchased the ripper 415 and it’s blazing fast. I have used g5 dead meat broad heads for the last 3 years never had issues with quality but I tried to screw in the bmp practice point and I only could get the broad head to thread in one bolt and after shooting about six shots with that bolt it looks to be cracked???? So I guess I’m asking is this normal......????? The bmp point threads into all my arrows.?
