Anybody having problems getting hold of Zeiss?

I have been debating on a set of high end Bino's lately, but after today,my mind is made up! I was between Zeiss and Swavro"s. I looked up local dealers for Zeiss today to see if any of them carried the Victory line,no luck. Out of the 4 I did get hold of, one had the Conquest, and the rest of them said they didn't sell them anymore, but Zeiss won't remove them from their dealer site, one laughed and said he hadn't sold them for about 8 years,LOL. Then I tried to call their USA headquarters and never got an answer. So, I tried Swaro locator and was able to walk right in a dealers store and look at their top of the line,no problem. Guess what i'm buying myself for Xmass soon? Swaroski 8x42 EL! My next rifle scope will also be of the same maker......Not spending big money if I can't look at them first!

My bad,8.5 x 42 EL I have been looking at too many lately.......
I have been using mine for many years now and have never regretted the $ spent for a second. You made a great choice.

Sawarvo's also have a great warranty if you ever have a problem. I have a bunch of Leica's who make top of the line bino's but their warranty sucks. You almost never have a problem with any of the mentioned glasses but the range finder in mine went bad and it took 9 months for warranty and they finally sent a new pair. That should have happened the fist week. I have an old pair of 15x60 Zeiss and 10x42 Zeiss bought around 1980 that are still like new.
I own/have owned all 3 of the alpha bins and never had a problem finding somewhere to buy any one of them.

Just did a quick look and it seems both Optics Planet and SWFA carry the Zeiss Victory bins. Good luck.

Finding a Zeiss Victory to buy is no problem. Finding one to hold and look through is.
I understand, misread your first post. Good luck.
