folks,

i'm just plain curious.

does anyone know when my (much beloved) Yukon SL, that i bought used, was built??? (serial number: G768xx.)

I don't have a list but you can email Horton's customer service and they'll tell you by the serial number. I just picked up a new in the box but discontinued Horton Max Impact 175 crossbow. It is built on the Legend frame and I was told by the guy I bought it from that it was discontinued around 2005. I emailed Horton customer service with the serial number and got a reply back within one day that it was built in 2001.

actually Horton was the first place i called.

the "nice lady" said that she had NO DATA on year of mfg.

"Marilyn" emailed me back with a manufacture date of 2001.

i wish i had emailed her instead of asking the lady who i CALLED (i was buying some "XB stuff" during the call) for the info.

obviously, she had NO clue and/or was too SELF-important to tell me about "Marilyn"..
