Bought a set of strings and cables from Marty here on crossbow nation. When they arrived i took them out of package and laid them out just as Marty had them with clips to keep them from untwisting. Exceptional good looking cables and strings servings looked perfect. Pressed bow and installed making sure not to twist or let untwist during installation. Let off press timing marks lined up perfect 1/2 hole both sides measured center serving exactly 6 inches center exactly lined up with center of barrel. Cocked bow timing exactly 1/2 hole. The axle to axle 22 1/4 uncocked and 16 11/16 cocked . Thanks so much for a great set of cables and string. Will be a repeat customer.

Thank you. I take my time with measurements. I had a few complaints in the beginning and I used to run the center serving tag ending a little long when I first started building but I corrected this. I'm glad you like them.

I have strings and cables from Marty on a few bows. They are always quality. I suggest ordering a back up string in pin stripes that way you make him earn his $ lol. He does quality work

You cant get the quality from a factory string maker than what you can get from an individual who has learned the craft and takes pride in every set . Way to go Marty !!!
I can tell you i will never buy another set from a factory ,I have been twisting them up now for 3 years for myself , friends and The Night Train conversions . This may sound conceded but the factory can not mach my quality and i bet Marty feels the same way !!!
