We had the opportunity to talk to Carbon Express about two of its affordable new crossbows - the Carbon Express Blade Pro and Piledriver 390.

The Carbon Express Blade Pro features an extruded aluminum rail, adjustable butt stock and adjustable foregrip. It also comes standard with the Quiet Crank System. Specs include a rated speed of 350 feet per second, draw weight of 175 pounds, mass weight of 6.9 pounds, cocked width of 13.5 inches, uncocked width of 17.5 inches, power stroke of 12.5 inches, kinetic energy of 114 lb-ft, and length of 34.5-36.5 inches. Retail price with the ready-to-hunt kit is $349.99.



As for the Carbon Express Piledriver 390, it also features an aluminum rail, adjustable butt stock and foregrip, anti-dry-fire technology, and the Quiet Crank System. Specs include a rated speed of 390 feet per second, draw weight of 185 pounds, mass weight of 7.2 pounds, cocked width of 14.5 inches, uncocked width of 18.5 inches, kinetic energy of 142 lb-ft, power stroke of 13.5 inches, and length of 35.5-37.5 inches. Retail price is $399.99.
