I'm some what saddened to say that I will no longer be hunting with a verticle compound bow. Normaly I would hunt the early PA archery season with my compound, then use the crossbow for late archery. But, I can't see my sight pins clearly any longer with or with out glasses. (multiple eye surgeries) On the plus side of this, I shoot my Cam X quite accurately out to 40 yards & I am 100% confident with it in my hands. The Nikon P3 crossbow scope is very clear & works well for my eyes.

I remember in 2003, when my doctor told me I must stop shooting bows. Years of drawing 65 to 74 lb bows had ruined my shoulders. Rotator cuff surgery followed. It was either crossbows or giving up hunting during bow season. Thank goodness for crossbows. 17 years later I’m still flinging arrows and bowhunting.
