These are 55 grains. You can cut a piece of arrow shaft that weighs 55gr, this gives you 110. You could also a shaft at 37 gr which would give you 92 gr

Fwiw I have really tested out these double wall inserts to 450fps. I haven't split any shafts or, split any shafts going through deer either to date. The single wall model from way back-sure. The double wall has been flawless. If anyone is going to build their own double wall upfront arrows using 2 part epoxy don't over look these because they work very well 360. I even prefer these over Dorges stainless dw inserts. Building shafts this way you can make your weight up front pretty much whatever you desire and, be building much stronger arrows. Look at the front of some of your arrows you have shot alot into foam targets. You will see the carbon wear and, how thin single wall shafts really are from the pic below. Single wall/double wall difference. You can spend mucho $ for pretty limp dik arras or, build your own top quality Sledge Hammers!

I still am more than satisfied with all my xbow stuff so, ya I now spend all my time and $ on fishing stuff.lol That's a never ending sport when you have 2 boats to max out with all the goodies and, find time to use. I'll be back come Sept. but, I'm not planning on buying anything new for hunting.

Yeah hadnt seen you in a minute i figured you were doing something else

I sold my money pit, I mean boat!!

The last 3 or 4 years I put like 12k in it so after the last repair I let another guy have the fun of repair
