I took this Tom earlier this year in northern Illinois.
Temps were in the low 20’s that morning, I was done in less than an hour. I was working a Tom back and forth at distance when this guy came in quietly behind me.

Very nice Tom! Love those multi beards. My buddy shot one with 4 beards in Nebraska one beard was normal say 8 inch beard the other 3 were separate going up his Brest.

Very nice. I only remember 1 that I took that had 2 beards and I have taken a bunch over the years.

Nice bird! I like those dark spurs. I've killed many, many gobblers down through the years but never one with more than one beard.

I did kill a bearded hen many years ago when they were legal here but that changed a good many years ago.
