I have this 2018 model crossbow. One has to make sure and level the cams or the bowstring will either come off or drop to a lower level of the cam when shooting. The other part to check is to make sure the picatinny rail is level with the rail-stock, if not, it requires shimming. Once properly tuned, it is a high quality crossbow.
