I have a Excalibur micro 360 td at 285 lbs Is there a secret to cocking it with a rope cocking aid When I get it almost back i can't hardly get it to finish

That’s why I bought the micro assassin TD. That crank is money. I tried my best to get the 369 back and couldn’t...at ALL

I try to adjust the rope cocker so I can get my thumbs on the butt plate of the stock when it’s about 2” short of full draw. Then it’s a combo of squeezing my hands and extending my back. My matrix limbed hybrid draw increases about 40# in the last inch. I’d bet a Micro is more like 50-60#.

Try this; sit in a chair, put 1 foot on in your stirrup, and cock your bow by leaning back, extending your leg into your stirrup while pulling back. Like rowing a boat.
