Grandson gets a buck

My grandson Cayden was blessed to be able to kill a young 5 pt this afternoon right before dark, he was hunting with my son in law and they were using his Excalibur Micro 335 and a Truglo Titanium X Broadhead which got the job done with a 60 yard recovery. He has been running Cross Country at school this year and this was his 1st time out because he's had practice almost every day and this evening it paid off for him. They saw several deer before this young buck gave him a 28 yard shot and I'm so pleased to see my grandsons following the traditions that we teach them every year.

Congratulations young man. Hunting is something you can enjoy even when you get old. It's always nice to see young people out there enjoying it. Good luck with your cross country too.
