Subject: Best customer service. :D

Location: Carmel Indiana. After calling and talking to Norm in the repair and warranty dept on Tuesday July 28, in the PM, I obtained a RA number for minor repairs. On Wednesday July 29, at 1:30 PM I mailed my Tenpoint pro slider to Tenpoint Technologies by UPS.

Today July 31,at 5;30 PM I see the big brown truck pull up in front of my house,I say No way.

But yes ,there it was ,My Tenpoint pro slider, repaired good as new. We are talking hours here not weeks or months.

Now that is service!Thanks Norm.

I Will be a Tenpoint booster from now on.

Thanks

Larry C Pierce.

I'll bet I know :)
Actually, the barrel screw holes were stripped on the bottom where the two 12-24 screws fit on either side of the barrel.
You really have to use care when moving the limbs to a different position.:D

I told the TP folks a year ago

to start using small lock washers on those screws so you don't have to tighten them so much to keep them from working loose.....and they do work loose. That barrel metal is thin!!! The last GT Flex I received actually had the lock washers and I'm very careful not to over tighten them now.

Would an inch lb torque wrench be of use here? Started using one on my gun fixin' as I tend to reef on most any screw.
