Is there a tool to use ? If there is I can't find it. I have one for my arrows, a cheap piece of plastic but it works, using pliers I feel like i might crack the nock

As I recall, Bunnyrabbit builds them.
The tool I built was for pulling carbon arrows out of the Rinehart targets. This allows one to grip both sides of
the tool and not one side like the other arrow pullers. The Aro Jac with a C-clamp for added pressure would
not work. 135 to 185 pound pull using my over head hoist.

Take care.

I have dealt with many half moon nock brands. Some are tight press fit from Easton that are difficult to pull without damaging. But they aren't worth saving because they are molded eccentric. Some brands like Bohning are a light press fit can be turned without pulling. These are worth saving. I never needed an alignment tool because I know how to align the nocks.
FYI!
