Welcome to the CBN!
I'm a slightly worn out Boomer as well and was an avid bow hunter at one time. I'm now enjoying bow hunting with the crossbow. It's different but all good in my book.
Welcome to the CBN!Newbie here, been a compound hunter for almost 40 years, shot crossbows twice during that timeline, the old body ain't what it use to be.
Thank you for the Welcome! My Wife lived in Clinton, Mass for about 30 years, she was born in Ok and moved to Massachusetts with her family when she was a teen. I was a widower and she was a widow, been together now going on 7 years and very happyWelcome from a former New Englander, now residing in southeastern Oklahoma.
My daughter lives in South Carolina, just across the Savanna River, absolutely beautiful countryWelcome to camp!
I've hunted down there too, I have friends that go every year and usually get a really nice buck! A lot of hogs there, goood grief there's a lot of them.I'm an old Connecticut Yankee. I also was a vertical bow man for years, Switched over to crossbows 7 years ago due to shoulder problems. Love crossbows, as they have kept me in the deer woods.
I've been hunting the Mcgee Creek Wildlife Management Area up in Stringtown.
Beautiful property.
