Looks very much like a resprayed Barnett Panzer crossbow to me. From the early/mid '90s.
Has 150 lbs, and basically the same data as the Wildcat of this time - except for the metal frame buttstock.

I still have a Panzer II, in the original black color.

There had been several versions, mine is a "Panzer II".
The buttstock has a plastic/rubber buffer at the end (where it contacts the shoulder), which has a Barnett logo impressed.

Do you have some photos? The panzer & the wildcat models have 6 holes in the body…this one has 7 holes.

That section of my Panzer xbow is more rounded, like a bludgeon.

While I made some photos of my Panzer II, there is nothing special or different.
Just check for images of "Barnett Panzer II" online.
As said, the buttstock rubber buffer carries a Barnett logo.
As does the limb, on both sides, on the frontside.

Yours is similar, but clearly somewhat different.
Perhaps a Panzer I, a prototype, or a copy.
Since your location seems to be Europe/RO (unless you use a VPN), a Barnett product is more plausible than a US crossbow.

Not knowing what exactly brand / model it is the question is if I can find parts for it…string arrow etc

The limb should be one piece, clamped into the stock with one screw from the front.
Measure the length from nock to nock, and post it here.
I can compare with mine, and if they match, you can use Barnett limbs and strings.
Remember, the (old) Wildcat is almost identical, and AFAIK, the Commando uses the same limb and string.
They should still have spare parts, I suppose.
