For you guys, like me, that want to keep your total crossbow weight down and insist on a 3 dot version reflex sight thats capable of fine accuracy even in severely low light conditions, heres a little reflex sight info that you might want to consider:

Example #1

Ten Point GT Flex set on 180 lb draw shooting a 20 401 grain Gold Tip with brass insert and 100 grain NAP head and Blazer 2 vanes or a 4 factory vane. Chronographed average speed 275 fps

The Bowtech Stryker 3 dot reflex sight thats designed for 405 fps 430 grain arrow sighted in for 20/40/60 yards will give you exactly 20/30/40 yard sight-in with a crossbow shooting around 270 to 280 fps like the above GT Flex.

The Ten Point Pro Slider set at 150 lb draw, shooting the same 401 grain arrow combination at 282 fps listed above, can also be sighted in at 20/30/40 yards using the Stryker 3 dot reflex sight.

Example #2

Excal Vortex 200 lb draw shooting a 20 482 grain Easton Power Bolt with factory stock aluminum insert and 170 grain NAP head and 2 Blazer vane or a 4 factory vane. Chronographed average speed - 294 fps

The Bowtech Stryker 3 dot reflex sight thats designed for 405 fps 430 grain arrow sighted in for 20/40/60 yards will give you exactly 30/40/50 yard sight-in with a crossbow shooting around 290 to 300 fps like the above Vortex.

The Stryker 3 dot reflex sight is as durable as any other Asian manufactured sight Ive tested and is not overly priced. Another good feature of the sight is that it can be rotated in the rings to achieve exact right/left POI at all 3 distances. Cant do that with flat base 3 dot sights.
