Excalibur stopped using power stroke (13.1 for the 380), and started using “draw length”, which I can only guess is the distance from the riser in the case of the newer bows like the 340.

I have always heard that there is no "draw length" on a crossbow but only a "power stroke". Thus I would have to assume that in reality they are one and the same. But that said some States use "draw length" as their unit of measurement and say it is from the front of the rail to the string latches instead of from the string at rest to the latches.
