Was it strike sporting goods?
Does yours have the 20-100 reticule? I'm certainly no expert on TP scopes so it could be but it sure doesn't match anything on their web site.Looks to me to be the latest version of the TP RangeMaster Pro with the new stepless illumination brightness dial. One came on my new TP Turbo MI a month ago. It is not on TenPoints website yet.

It did have lens covers, I took them off and laid them aside.Another possibility. The lens covers are easily removed and maybe you didn't get them.

My thoughts as well. Could be many reasons I suppose. Hopefully the seller makes it right. The scope rings are not what I’ve had on any of my Tenpoints. Looks like someone changed your scope and scope rings ?????
Maybe but if it is I'm very surprised that it doesn't say ten point on it anywhere. And I really don't care what it is since it doesn't work. I just want one that will actually dial in at this point. That looks like the New TP Rangemaster Scope with a stepless light switch. The rings were definitely upgraded.

Good to know. Thank you. So should i be pursuing this with ten point as a warranty issue or expecting the seller to replace it? I did regester the bow as required to start the warranty. That is a version of the Rangemaster we used this year.
If there is an issue with it than yes, certainly give us a call.Good to know. Thank you. So should i be pursuing this with ten point as a warranty issue or expecting the seller to replace it? I did regester the bow as required to start the warranty.
