If your Ibex is eating up strings then there’s definitely something wrong with it! NONE of my Excalibur bows eat up strings! I had to polish a few latch forks that caused damage to the serving but that’s about all.Same idea as OLDFLYER's and in the Swats! That why I've bin labelled as 'hyped'!!!

It's not eating them, just wouldn't get over 1300 shots like Steve gets with a Swat, and still look'n new!!!.
It's the constant lubing and loss of energy I don't care for....
