Ladder stands

What is everyone using for ladder stands? I need another one for the farm and there doesn’t seem to be as many choices as I remember several years ago. I want something roomy and comfortable since I have back issues. I can’t use a blind where I want to hunt, it’s steep and would limit my shot opportunity‘s.

The most comfortable ladder stand I have is a Hawke Big Denaili Sasquach 1.5. I can sit in it all day with no issues. 2 bad things about it is the instructions stunk and the shooting rail could be a little longer. Everything else about the stand is top notch IMO. Most of our other ladder stands are 1.5 stands that were offered by field and stream a few years ago. They are a close 2nd for comfort and are rock solid.

I agree 100% with OEA on the Hawke Sasquatch. I'm pretty picky about size, comfort and function. I've got two of them and 2 others and by far prefer the Hawkes. IMO the instructions were good compared to Muddy, packing and quality is very good as well.

Quiet flip up seat.

The ladder designs are excellent for strength and safety.

One thing that really impressed me with the stand was the cables that go around the tree and back to the stand that included rachet straps to tighten them. They allow for you to have the stand pretty secure before you ever climb the ladder to attach it to the tree. A lot better than the straps on other stands IMO.

Now that you mention it I think the instructions were ok but the hardware came all in a bag and made it a PITA to sort out. Once that was done assembly was straight forward. The field and stream stands all came individually packaged with sizes printed on each part.
Family traditions, they are very comfortable.
I already had 2 of 'em but bought myself 3 more of the AirStrike 2-man ladder stands from Walmart after Christmas when they went on sale for $49 each. I also bought 3 mossy oak 4" heated seat cushions (all they had) when those $35 cushions went on sale for $12 each. Theyre thick foam and I dont bottom them out at 260 lbs. Since I hunt private land I dont use the cloth straps that came with the stands. I use rackets and steel cables to attached the stands to the trees making the setups rock solid.
Millenium L110's or, L220's. Just read the reviews. End of story.
