Customer brought the bow in and when try to cock it the anti dry fire "post" will go down but the string (shooting) "post" doesn't, won't move any way so bow can't be cocked. Tried pushing down anti dry fire and pressure against the string "post" and then pulling trigger (saw a video by Parker, know not the same). Trigger clicked but still nothing moved.
Any ideas? He'll be contacting his rep./company Tues. but wondering if anyone has this problem and how fixed?

He figured it out. You have to "fire" it and while holding the trigger the part pushes UP not forwards as figured it would.
