My son shooting his new birthday gift for the first time!

I bought my 15 year old son a used Excalibur Matrix 380 for his birthday recently. He was busy with school and work so I sighted it in for him and he finally had the chance today to get behind the bow and shoot her for the first time. He did very well and was an excellent student to my instructions.

He probably shot 2 dozen arrows and here's his results at 25 yards!

Great buy for him, I'm sure he'll enjoy it for many years. The matrix 380 is a very good xbow I've owned several over the last couple of years. Looks like he's shooting it great Congrats to helping him getting it dialed in.

Thanks. I bought it used with lots of extras that came with the sale. After all the good things I read about the matrix 380 I searched for a used one and got lucky. He’s doing very well with the bow as it’s his first ever shooting one.
I couldn’t be happier...being dad with my boys in the great outdoors hunting and fishing together!

Impressive group.. Congrats to the young man..

I love that Matrix line of Crossbows. I originally picked up my Matrix 330 5yrs ago, my sons Matrix Saphire a couple years later... Then recently a NIB fully loaded Matrix 355 as a back up Xbow while some of the line is still available
