I appreciate the my acceptance to Crossbow Nation. I’ve recently used the site to help learn a few things. I’m completely new to the crossbow world and this seems like the place to be. Past few months I borrowed my fathers Excalibur to see how I enjoyed it. After letting a few fly I decided to buy my own. I purchased at Hyperghost 425 a couple weeks ago and must say I’m truly enjoying my new purchase. I live in WNC. God bless.
Thank you all! Perhaps there is already a topic on the matter but maybe you folks can point me in the right direction. I’m truly enjoying the Hyperghost I purchased but have notice quite a few negative comments on Barnett crossbows. Anything I should know in particular? Also, should I have my new crossbow tuned?
Welcome to the Nation. I don't think I'd spend good money to have a new bow worked on. If it doesn't meet your expectations after you've shot it for a while, I'd say to send it back if that's an option.

Thank you. I’m new to the crossbow world. I’m quite happy with what I have now. I’ve ran around 100 shots so far and have no complaints other than my own imperfections.
