No matter what the cost, the consumer is spending the money and if it ends up not to be legal, what does the buyer do with the bow? So, it would be the buyer's worry.

I like the looks of the R18 for blind hunting. Just wish it were over 330 fps but I bet it sells like hot cakes.

IMO all the Ravins are plenty narrow enough to make a good crossbow for the blind.
