New to crossbow but always wanted one, heres my question, sighting in my crossbow for the first time but need a temporary backstop for my target, dont want my arrows lost or destroyed, any tips on a temporary backstop for sighting in,
Thank you!, i have a nice morell target, just want to know about a backstop for when i miss the target, arrows get lostFirst advise, begin at short distance, 10 yards or less.
Second, aim small, shoot at dimes not targets.
Any quality target, I use Spyder Web for field points and a Blob for broadheads. For beginners, a box or plastic trash bag packed full of old clothes, rags, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc. Packed tight.
Have fun and good luck with your new bow.
Thank you!4X8 sheets of styrofoam, multiple layers.
If you have one, use a laser pen or level to get you on your target.
Again, short range distance and small point of Aim.
