From NC, been bow hunting 54 years but a shoulder injury is keeping me from coming to anchor with my vertical bow. Doc says 6 months minimum surgery recovery and I can't do that right now. My wife and I are building our dream/retirement home and we need to finish that before surgery. She has a similar issue with her shoulder. We both just bought Centerpoint Wraths with cranks and plan to be dialed in shortly. We have arrows coming from WWB, trigger jobs coming from Rich in TX, and Tenpoint scopes from WC. Looking forward to a successful year in archery season. I will admit to being a hog hunting addict for the last 25 years and I am not presently looking for a cure. Whitetails and turkeys have seasons, hogs and coyotes are open year round here.

Thanks for the very warm welcome. I thought I would throw in a few pics of our progress. My wife and I have done it all, from the dirt work to the ridge cap on the standing seam metal roof. Neither of us had ever built anything bigger than a birdhouse before. We cut the boards, drive the nails, smear the stain and wipe the sweat. I just wish we had been able to do this before we retired. It's been hard work for senior citizens.
