I'm passing my Matthews bow down to my 12yr.old grandson. After shooting a doe at ten yards this year with the Ghost 410 I just can't justifie hunting with it anymore.Jayden will laern on the Mathew Genises first and when he is able to draw 60#s I'll let him use mine.I have tons of accesories for the bow so he doesn't have to buy anything.I love my Mathews but I really LOVE my Ghost 410 too.

It's something a lot of us do. After I took up with my crossbows I gave my "strong-pull" bows to my two sons. My two grandsons, one i18 months and the other 3 years, aren't ready yet. But time passes fast. I seriously thought about getting my 3-yr-old a toy bow and arrow set for Christmas this your, but decided not to.

I still am able to draw a compound, but they are in the 45-50 pound range (actually, it seems that 48 lbs is my peak, if I want to shoot it over and over).

Crossbows add a new dimension to hunting and are VERY addictive. I know your GS is tickled pink getting your Matthews.:)
