This came off a Scorpyd Ventilator. It was mounted below the rail, in front of the riser. The forearm has to be removed and the front sling mount. Front end is attached with a SHCS to the tapped hole behind the stirrup. The rear uses a SHCS, washer and locknut through the first lightening hole in rail ahead of the riser.
Someone cut this to length and added the counterbored holes for the SHCS.
