They got a name and and address to go on now. Hopefully the local police will convince him to see the light.
People please do not pay anyone for an expensive bow using the PayPal gift option just to try and save a few bucks. It can bite you in the butt real fast.

LOL... “spanking” can include many different techniques for rectifying bad behavior. Opening a can of whoop azz would qualify as such!
