I ask the company direct in China !
They answer me the following:

„We have removed the crossbows from our product lines.

In the future, we will focus on compound bows and recurve bows.“

As far as I know, they are the biggest Asian company in this segment !

They have also produced for big brands, like Carbon Express for example ...

It’s only an info / I don’t say it’s good or bad !

Do you have a link to some official statement, perhaps ?
Not that I don't believe you.

Checked the Sanlida website, and they only advertised one recurve and a compound vertical bow (in different configurations).
It seems Chinese companies do not assess their English (or non-Chinese) web presentation as anything important ...

Hi wb_hunter,

I wrote an eMail direct to Sandila / Jandao ... and they answer me the above.

Month ago, they had a recurve and a compound crossbow AND bows on their old website, now the crossbows are totally gone !

You can write them also an email and check their reply ;-)

Sorry, I can’t find any „official“ statement from them.
But I guess they will go on with their crossbow production, but not under their own name -Jandao- anymore ...

Their compound crossbow is advertised actually under an other name on many websites - for example:

Crossbow „Marksman“ !
The specifications are total identical ...

Here you can see their OLD website:
Recurve Crossbow
SanLiDa

Compound Crossbow

And here is their NEW site:

Well, thanks - I have to accept it anyway.
I have Chace Wind crossbow I bought almost two years ago, that's why I asked.
But that model isn't even listed anymore on the archive website version (from february this year).
Perhaps I hurry and get some a replacement string ...
Their compound crossbow is advertised actually under an other name on many websites - for example:
https://www.hattila.com/de/armbrueste-maximale/685-armbrust-maximal-marksman-schwarz-185-lbs-400-fps.html
Crossbow „Marksman“ !
Auto-translated websites like this continue to be a source of amusement, at least for me...
