I wanted to update everyone I now have a website dedicated to Scorpyd and maintenance on their bows www.scorpyd-maintenance.com
The process is
Call Rex, give him your model number and name, he will give you an authorization code.
then either call me @ 352-298-1350 or go to the site listed above and complete a ticket then send your bow to us to repair
If you do not have a warranty all you have to do is place the maintenance ticket on the site or call me and pack the bow up and send it in
