Nice review Sam. One of the few bows that interest me, given what's hanging downstairs.

This bow … is beginning to draw my attention. Right now it's just a light weight version of my Orion. They bump the speed up to the 450fps might earn a purchase.

One of the best pure hunting bows on the market. Fancy is only better for eye candy. These bows are like 350 small blocks when tuned properly.

Excellent review. My DS continues to perform beyond my expectations. I have never owned a bow for this long and still have no intentions to sell it!

I wish I had a chrono to see what my 420 is actually shooting Duke. I pulled the scope off my DS 380 and put it on the DS 420 and had to change the speed dial from 365 to almost 420 to sight back in again. I am shooting Spynal Tapps weighing 407 grains.

I have enough crossbows but you almost have me convinced to get one

I work in N Ga and Chatt. Tn area,how far are you from that area? I'd be happy to bring my chrono to work and stop over and let you shoot through mine or loan it to you for a while if needed.

I live in Cedartown, Do you get over this way?
I might be able to find one around here as I have not asked around.

It seems you're a ways out from my area,sorry. I had to look it up on the map,LOL.

I appreciate your offer. I might ask a few of my buddies but I know I am getting around 410 fps at least. Not bad for a DS.

At the latest this weekend but I should be able to get that reading for you with a arrow at or close to 407 grains. I sent my Chrono in and they checked it, all numbers will be legit.

I’ve gone full circle on my DS in trying to find the perfect scope - TRS-25, Vortex reflex on a Jack Plate, XB75, and a XBR.

I hate Hawke scopes but I recently bought a 1.25-4 Parker Pin Point (again) for it. I just love the 4A reticle with a crisp illuminated dot. I wonder what will be on it the fall?

Awesome Sam. We know the xbow is great. What's your thoughts on the ozonics?

Had several of those Trophy Ridge 530 (Hawke XB 30 Pro clone) scopes that I bought and sold for profit...one of those I bought new in the box from eBay for $79.99!
