SEW, why do you have to do that after i thought i had it narrowed down to just 3! LOL great review and great buck! thank you, i will check them out!

DO THEY COME WITH PRACTICE HEADS?
I still gotta order mine, but I don't think they come with practice heads. But they fly like FP most guys are finding. Very close anyway! I did read somewhere, that some guys are using like super glue or something to lock the blades in closed position on some mechanicals. So, might be worth trying....have to be a very small amount of glue though, me thinks!

Glad ya didn't mind me throw'n that link in and boggling things up, a bit for ya!

I’m a new member so hope I’m not jumping in where I shouldn’t but, when you all are highly recommending these bh’s
  1. Grim Reaper - Pro series
  2. Sevr 2.1
  3. Slick Trick Raptor Tricks
  4. Tru-glo titanium 4 blade
are you thinking whitetail only? I’m debating fixed or mechanical for elk this October and would value your input on these for elk or not. Shooting Sub 1 xr Thanks!

Welcome!!! Did you read that link I gave above? Sorry, got no experience on poke'n elk. But me thinks you'd want a real tough blade! And I've heard from someone here, that his son shot 8 deer with the same TruGlo before it blew up on a rock!!! IDK about the other heads how they'd hold up. But 8 deer....Sounds pretty tough!!!!
Yes, I did read it, much appreciated. In fact that’s what made me ask about elk. It looks and sounds like tru-glo would do the job. My dilemma is the outfitter “highly recommends” fixed but I’m not sure he’s up on the technology advances made with mechanicals and that’s all I’ve ever used; I’ve never hunted elk either.
