This is my swat xp and ill tell you everything I know about it. the center serving is separating and needs to be replaced. ive only put 50-60 shots through it and made sure to use trident with a q-tip. i think I should have put it more to the middle of the barrel though instead of the outside edges. also when insering the arrows when it gets to the bolt lever you have to push it down while pushing the bolt lever and gravity used to do that for me. i suspect its trident and a lil dirt because it slides all the way in when you push and you don't have to push down hard, plus I can't see anything at all. I gave my son my specialist 370 so he can hunt with me this year so I'm just gonna sell this and get another centerpoint. they are very simple and reliable. this is a great bow though but its just not for me. if you have any questions or need more pics please let me know. $600 and I'll ship it to you in the U.S. thanks for looking

thought about it and $600 would probably be fair with a decent string, so I'll do $500. all it needs is a new string and to run a cloth or something through the barrel while the string is off before you put the new one on. this is about as low as I can go though

(y) I’ll get with you and we’ll make arrangements. I’m seriously very sorry that you ran into problems.
For your information and for others, through the testing phases of the SWAT XPs , I’ve found that some have cam chafing problems with the string and or cables and others don’t. I don’t know why the differences. However, I do know how to stop the problem.
The fixes: twisting the string a few more turns to to tighten the center serving. Filing the interior edges of the cams where the chafing occurs and then polishing with a rubber wheel on a Dremel. EASY FIXES!
KI changed S&Cs early in production with improved results. If you want to reconsider, I suspect KI and/or your dealer will help.
FWIW, Jim Akers of The Twisted Arrow makes the changes on every XP he sells.
I won’t be offended if you want to reconsider but will gladly take it if you don’t.

honestly I think it's better off in your hands than mine. this is an amazing bow with great value. I didn't even try a grouping at 50 yards because I didn't have enough arrows to be risking breaking them. I hate for my first post on here to be anything negative and I don't intend it that way, this just showed me im a simpler person and I should've stuck to that.

How will they sell it with out a warrantee?
Just like that LOL, with out a warranty.
J/K.
Actually a very good question but if someone wants an XP bad enough, I am sure they will take it "as-is" after it is fixed up.
Surely KI will uphold the warranty one would think?

I asked a Dealer if I could trade up a xbow once.
He asked if I registered it yet and I said yes.
He said he would have taken it back as it had maybe 50 shots but since it was registered, he could not sell it as new and give me 100% credit.

I am glad it worked out that way, we love our Ravin R26.

I think that is a good question. However, KI is familiar with the situation with this particular crossbow. I’m quite sure that they’ll let Jim (Twisted Arrow co-owner) fix it and sell it with a Warrenty.

I hope they give full disclosure to the would be customer and in writing?
